Job summary

General Fasteners Company is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Manager to oversee high-volume AR/AP and treasury activities. The role focuses on cash flow, working capital, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance in a growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in AR/AP, 2 years of supervisory experience, and strong ERP system knowledge. Benefits include comprehensive health options and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in high-volume Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable functions
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems and process improvement initiatives strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the receivables and payables processes and treasury management
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance
• Drive process improvements and automation in invoicing, cash application, and dispute tracking
• Oversee credits/debits/write-offs and related AR activities
• Oversee AP processing and vendor data accuracy
• Report financial information to management
• Improve cross-functional processes to support scalability across AR/AP
• Support system enhancements and adoption of new tools and workflows
• Ensure integration of AR/AP activity with the general ledger
