Qualificações

• Excellent math and numerical accuracy
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience in collections or accounting preferred

Responsabilidades

• Make collection calls to customers to collect on past due accounts.
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies.
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Correspond by emails, phone calls and letters to resolve errors and collect balances.
• Escalate collection matters to management when unresolved.
