Job summary

Quality Data Systems is seeking an Entry-level Field Service Technician in Monroe, LA. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing cash automation equipment, including ATMs and related devices, within a local travel radius.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1+ years in field service, and may hold NCR/OEM ATM/ITM certifications. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for on-site visits and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a field service technician preferred.
• NCR Certification / OEM ATM/ITM certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to travel within ~100-mile radius of home base.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair cash automation equipment within defined travel radius.
• Troubleshoot ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, currency discriminators, and coin machines.
• Upgrade software and hardware components as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs.
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members.
