Job summary

Quality Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair cash automation equipment across Knoxville and nearby areas.

You will travel within a 100-mile radius of your home base and participate in rotating on-call assignments to support clients after hours. You should have hands-on experience with cash handling equipment and related IT systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications

Experience or background in installation or repair of cash automation equipment.
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, currency discriminators, and coin machines.
Upgrade software and hardware.
Diagnose system issues and perform repairs.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Communicate effectively with customers and QDS team.
