Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking a Team Manager for the Cash Application group in Kirkland, WA. You will lead a busy team ensuring accurate posting of third-party and patient payments into the A/R system, while resolving posting issues and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and collaboration with Accounting/Finance to support monthly closes and audits. Strong data skills and a solutions-oriented mindset are key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a health care cash posting environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• 6 years of Manager or above leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of Cash Application Specialists and schedule shifts to cover business needs.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management; assist in training materials.
• Ensure data entry into patient accounts in Bonafide and timely posting of payments.
• Oversee reconciliation, balancing, error identification, and cash flow reviews.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs; report cash position and liquidity as needed.
