Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Team Manager to supervise the cash application group, ensuring timely posting of government, commercial, and patient payments into the A/R system in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive accuracy, balance workloads, and lead a culture of inclusion through regular team meetings and one-on-ones. In this in-office role, you will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; collaborate with Accounting and Finance on monthly closes and audits; develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in a health care cash posting environment.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• 6 years of Manager or above leadership experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and schedule Cash Application Specialists to cover business needs.
• Hire, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews; develop materials.
• Ensure data entry in Bonafide and posting of payments within guidelines.
• Manage cash application: research, reconciliation, balancing, error identification.
• Analyze cash flow data and identify risks related to cash forecasts.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance for monthly close and audits.
• Develop reports, KPIs, dashboards to measure team performance.
• Drive process automation to improve accuracy.
• Support audits and respond to payor inquiries as needed.
