PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions is hiring for a cash application specialist in Houston, TX. You will apply daily payments, reconcile CenPOS, ACH, and wire transfers, and ensure accurate posting to customer accounts. This role supports month-end close and accounting controls.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in cash applications or AR, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail to resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in cash application or AR/accounting role.
• Experience posting_cash, cenPOS, ACH, wires and deposits.
• Strong reconciliation and detail orientation required.
• Proficient Excel and ERP system use.

Responsabilités

• Process and post daily customer payments to accounts.
• Record and reconcile CenPOS, ACH, wire payments.
• Reconcile bank deposits and cash receipts to GL.
• Investigate unapplied cash and payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and accounting controls.
• Prepare reports on cash activity and variances.
