Job summary

Kimco Realty is seeking a Cash Application Analyst in Jericho, NY to support the Accounts Receivable team. You will review heavy volume tenant accounts, monitor building-level cash, handle cash receipts, and assist with system testing and reconciliations.

The role requires advanced Excel, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree, or equivalent.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of cash applications and account reconciliations.
• Experience in real estate accounting or banking/finance is preferred.
• Experience with real estate management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing heavy volume tenant accounts.
• Monitoring building level cash.
• Responding to internal and external cash receipt inquiries.
• Participating in system enhancement testing.
• Reconciling reports.
• Processing checks, cash receipts from lenders’ lockboxes, and wire transactions.
