Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, sorting/filtering; pivot tables and v-lookups a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Working knowledge of cash applications and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze high-volume tenant accounts and monitor building-level cash.
Respond to internal and external cash receipt inquiries and assist with system enhancements/testing.
Reconcile reports and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Process checks, cash receipts from lender lockboxes, and wire transactions.
Collaborate with internal departments and external parties, working independently or in a team.
