Responsibilities

• Process checks, cash receipts from lender lockboxes and wire transactions.
• Review and analyze heavy-volume tenant accounts and monitor building-level cash.
• Reconcile reports and assist in system enhancement testing.
• Respond to internal and external cash receipt inquiries and support daily AR operations.
