Responsibilities

• Process and apply daily customer payments, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit card payments, and bank deposits.
• Record ACH and wire transfers between bank accounts using accounting software.
• Maintain cash-tracking files and bank balance information.
• Research payment discrepancies and make appropriate account adjustments.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash reports for management.
• Partner with Collections to process bad-debt write-offs and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Follow company procedures and complete required training.

This position processes customer payments, maintains accurate financial records, prepares cash reports, and works with the Accounting and Collections teams to resolve account discrepancies.
