Job summary

ITS Logistics in Reno, NV is seeking a Cash Application Specialist to manage cash postings, assess client creditworthiness, and help minimize financial risk while maximizing profitability at our Downtown Reno brokerage.

The role reports to the AR Supervisor and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in credit-related roles, strong analytical abilities, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments (ACH, EFT, card, wires) and balance funds.
• Update cash receipt tracking and reconcile discrepancies.
• Investigate unapplied cash and coordinate with billing to resolve invoice issues.
• Document AR procedures and provide process improvements.
