Kimco Realty in Daly City, CA seeks a Property Coordinator to assist the Property Manager with day-to-day portfolio management. You will handle administrative tasks and tenant/vendor relations, including bids, invoices, cost coding, and open/close of utility accounts.
Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, creating annual budgets, processing job costs, open cases in Kimco’s service platform, and maintaining strong tenant communications to ensure best-in-class service.

The expected salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000.
