Job summary

Procom is seeking a Cash App Specialist for a 6-month contract-to-hire role on behalf of a financial services client. The position is fully remote and open to candidates across the United States.

The specialist will identify and post customer payments, balance cash entries, reconcile deposits, and support intercompany transfers. Responsibilities include posting payments by invoice, creating balancing entries, reconciling deposits, handling overpayments, and assisting with reports and process

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B cash application experience in a large corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes, especially cash application.
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry and Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience operating within multiple programs, software, and ERPs daily.
• BS Degree.

Responsibilities

• Complete account adjustments promptly.

• Escalate unresolved cash items to the Cash Application Manager weekly.

This position is fully remote, open to candidates across the United States.Cash App Specialist - Job Description:The Cash App Specialist will be responsible for accurately identifying customer remittances and posting payments to the correct accounts. The role involves creating balancing entries, reconciling cash deposits, and managing intercompany transfers.
