Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in public or private social work.
• Bachelor’s degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Support Coordinators and ensure delivery of consistent and accurate casework.
• Oversee training efforts and ensure proper instruction for Support Coordinators.
• Review supervisory materials, complete assessments, and prepare evaluations and probation recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and procedures; apply to daily decisions and documentation.
• Examine case records to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and complete periodic reviews.
• Improve processes for authorizations, service notes, and ISP/HCSIS documentation.
