Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Delaware County DHS is hiring a Casework Supervisor (Support Coordinator Supervisor) to guide and oversee Support Coordinators, ensuring services meet federal, state, and county requirements. The role emphasizes quality oversight, training, and development of effective casework practices.

Qualificações

• Two years of professional experience in public or private social work and a bachelor's degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Supervision: Provide regular direction to Support Coordinators and ensure the delivery of consistent and accurate casework
• Training Support: Oversee training efforts and ensure that Support Coordinators receive proper instruction and practice
• Performance Evaluation: Review supervisory materials, complete assessments, and prepare evaluations and probation recommendations
• Regulation Compliance: Maintain knowledge of regulations and procedures, applying them to daily decisions and required documentation
• Record Review: Examine case records to ensure compliance with state and federal rules and complete periodic sample reviews
• Resource Coordination: Improve processes for authorizations, service notes, and all documentation connected to ISP and HCSIS responsibilities
