Qualifications

• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which includes 12 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or related social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Staff Supervision: Provide direction, feedback, and guidance to casework staff during conferences, meetings, and service planning sessions.
• Service Quality Oversight: Monitor casework to ensure services support child safety, family progress, and compliance with plans and regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Support staff in involving children, families, providers, and partners in planning and decision making.
• Interagency Coordination: Build productive working relationships with courts, probation, schools, and community resources to support strong outcomes.
• Documentation Management: Ensure staff maintain accurate, timely documentation in the agency case management system.
• Team Support: Provide backup for complex cases, crises, and court-related needs when required.
