Qualifikationen

• Two years of professional experience in social work and a bachelor's degree with major coursework in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice, or other related social sciences; or an equivalent combination with 12 college credits in related fields.
• Possess a valid driver's license and PA residency; ability to perform essential job functions.

• Staff Supervision: Provide direction, support, and evaluation for unit workers.
• Case Oversight: Review and monitor casework activity for regulatory compliance.
• Investigation Management: Oversee investigations of child abuse and neglect.
• Service Coordination: Collaborate with community partners to support children, youth, and families.
• Counseling Support: Guide delivery of case management and counseling services.
