Lifeline Children's Services seeks a dedicated full-time caseworker to provide direct services across pregnancy counseling, adoption, foster care, and church partnerships. You will engage with clients from intake through placement, coordinating with state teams and community partners to support families and vulnerable children.

Role emphasizes flexible state assignments, with a primary focus on pregnancy counseling and church partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.
• No experience required unless State requires.
• Social Work licensure strongly preferred.
• Must lift at least 25 lbs and have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct casework across Lifeline programs including pregnancy counseling, adoption, foster care, and church partnerships.
• Serve as a minister to coworkers, clients, and ministry partners.
• Disciples ministry partners and clients and align team with Lifeline Core Values.
• Collaborate on family recruitment, information meetings, and counseling options across programs.
• Develop and sustain community referral relationships and conduct trainings/outreach.
• Conduct intake interviews, assess client readiness, and provide ongoing case management through placement and post-placement services.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention with advocacy to medical, legal, and community resources.
• Support church-based programs and partnerships and Harbor Families initiatives.
• Complete home studies, maintain documentation, and ensure timeliness per program standards.
