Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct casework services across Lifeline programs including pregnancy counseling, adoption, foster care.
• Collaborate with State Director and state staff to meet KPIs and annual goals.
• Engage in family recruitment, pregnancy counseling networking, and church-based program outreach.
• Complete home studies, assessments, and required documentation in compliance with agency standards.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients before, during, and after services.
• Offer spiritual support and gospel-centered care as appropriate.
