Responsibilities

• Reach out to engage new clients and schedule appointments.
• Maintain a caseload up to 25 active clients and provide case management.
• Offer counseling to support healthy pregnancies and positive birth outcomes.
• Present and explore parenting/adoption options with clients.
• Coordinate with external providers to link clients to community resources.
