Job summary

Thompson Law is seeking an Operations Analyst to identify workflow, accuracy and compliance issues in case files across the firm. You will gather, analyze and present data to managers to ensure cases are worked efficiently according to the firm’s workflow.

The ideal candidate has intake department experience at a high-volume personal injury firm, strong administrative skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• College or professional degree required.
• Experience in intake at a high-volume personal injury firm required.
• Paralegal experience at high-volume personal injury firm preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Smart Advocate or similar CMS a plus; VOIP systems experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; able to manage others in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information is collected accurately in case files and properly tiered.
• Assign cases to pre-lit and litigation teams.
• Audit files to verify proper staffing.
• Ensure timely collection of fees on maintained interests and referred cases.
• Monitor case flow through the pipeline for efficiency.
• Maintain prescribed client communications intervals.
• Oversee file reviews at set intervals.
• Produce timely and accurate reporting on pre-sign, pre-lit and litigation cases.
• Collaborate with operations to use reporting to fix issues.
• Monitor closed cases for fee accuracy and drop rates.
• Track expenses incurred on files.
