Qualifications

• College degree or professional degree is required.
• Intake experience at a high-volume personal injury firm is required.
• Paralegal experience at a high-volume PI firm is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CMS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify complete and accurate information in each case file and correct tiering.
• Assign cases to pre-litigation and litigation teams.
• Audit files to ensure proper staffing.
• Ensure timely collection of fees on maintained interests and referred cases.
• Ensure cases flow efficiently through the pipeline.
• Maintain prescribed client communications intervals.
• Conduct file reviews at prescribed intervals.
• Produce timely reporting for pre-sign, pre-lit and litigation.
• Process automated reporting actions and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with operations to improve reporting effectiveness.
• Monitor closed cases for fees and drop rates.
• Track expenses incurred on files.
