Job summary

LOOP, a well-established personal injury law firm in Augusta, GA, seeks a compassionate and organized professional to help clients through challenging times.

You will be the primary contact for clients, coordinate with insurers and medical providers, and maintain case files in our system. Join a collaborative team, build relationships, and ensure timely progress on cases.

Qualifications

• Previous legal experience required; personal injury experience is a plus.
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in previous positions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mind.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the legal process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and internal team members to keep cases moving forward.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files within the firm's case management system.
• Gather and manage important documentation, including medical records, wage loss information, and insurance correspondence.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and connecting them with appropriate resources.
• Monitor case progress, identify outstanding items, and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
