Job summary

Crisp Recruit seeks an experienced Intake & Client Relations Manager for a nationally recognized personal injury law firm. You will lead the Intake and Client Relations departments, focusing on process quality, data accuracy, and coaching high-performing teams.

You will guide case viability evaluation, develop reporting metrics, and drive improvements in client experience from the first contact. Leadership skills and expertise in personal injury are essential to escalate firm performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in personal injury case evaluation, including liability analysis and damages.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills to elevate team performance.
• Ability to analyze operational data and derive actionable insights for intake improvements.
• Experience addressing internal conflicts and enforcing accountability through clear communication.
• Proficient in using Excel and reporting tools to extract and present data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the Intake and Client Relations teams (≈12 staff), ensuring productivity and quality.
• Produce accurate intake performance reports and collaborate with marketing for data-driven insights.
• Implement performance management, coaching, and accountability initiatives.
• Guide evaluation of case viability and ensure viable personal injury cases are appropriately reviewed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and professional development.
