GEO Secured Services is seeking a Case Processing Supervisor to oversee immigration records management and document preparation for ICE personnel. You will guide Case Processing Specialists, ensure file accuracy, and maintain compliant A-file updates in ICE systems.

The role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of immigration case processing policies, and strong ability to coordinate with federal agencies. A degree or related experience is required, with preference for higher education.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1 year related experience required.
• Experience reviewing law enforcement documentation or immigration case files preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory capacity and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs Case Processing Specialist in processing cases and immigration records.
• Manages preparation and review of case files for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensures proper maintenance of A-files and ICE systems with privacy compliance.
• Maintains up-to-date case status, court scheduling, and tracking logs.
• Generates case status reports and monitoring dashboards.
• Coordinates with ICE and EOIR for interviews, hearings, removals, and updates.
