Intellivo in St. Louis, MO seeks a Senior Manager, Case Operations to lead the administrative operation that converts opportunities into recovery-ready inventory.

You will oversee teams handling case management, investigation, and settlement readiness, reporting to the Sr Director of Recovery Operations. The role demands structure, people development, data-driven decisions, and a focus on throughput, quality, and downstream readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare claims or related operational environments.
• 5+ years of senior people leadership with supervisors.
• Experience leading high-volume operational teams with measurable performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams responsible for case management, investigation, file readiness, settlement readiness, and representation management.
• Ensure cases progress efficiently from identification through recovery-ready status.
• Coach and develop managers, team leads, and contributors.
• Build scalable operating models and drive continuous improvement.
