Job summary

Glade Run Lutheran Services is hiring Case Managers for the Family Empowerment Program to support families across Armstrong, Butler and Lawrence Counties. Positions include full-time and part-time openings with the agency committed to ensuring child safety, family stability and community-based supports.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of post-secondary education or equivalent experience in human services, and direct case management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, criminal justice, criminology, theology, nursing, counseling, education, or related social science or human services field.
• Minimum of two years of post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in a human services setting.
• Minimum of two years of direct service or case management experience within a community-based, mental health, child welfare, or family support program.
• Must have a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and access to reliable transportation.

Education

The Family Empowerment Program is a comprehensive, family-centered continuum of care designed to strengthen families, ensure child safety, and promote long-term stability. By providing a range of intensive support—including supportive housing, in-home case management, family reunification, and collaborative decision-making,the program empowers families to overcome barriers, build resilience, and reduce reliance on formal external interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, criminal justice, criminology, theology, nursing, counseling, education, or other related social science or human services field.
• Minimum of two years of post‑secondary education or equivalent professional experience in a human services setting.
• Minimum of two years of direct service or case management experience within a community-based, mental health, child welfare, or family support program.
• Must have a valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and access to reliable transportation.
