Job summary

AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with emphasis on workforce development and education. The Case Manager will carry a caseload from enrollment through at least one year of follow-up, building Individual Employment Plans and administering Barrier Reduction services to remove obstacles to training and employment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
2+ years of case management or career coaching with adults facing barriers to employment.
Experience with people returning from incarceration, low-income households, or English language learners.
Knowledge of community resources in the service area.

Responsibilities

Carry a caseload from enrollment through one year of follow-up after completion.
Develop Individual Employment Plans within 10 business days of enrollment and amend as needed.
Meet participants weekly during training and track attendance and progress.
Coordinate Barrier Reduction services and document as required.
Connect participants with community resources and coordinate referrals with partners.
Support job readiness and placement, with retention follow-up after placement.
Record services and outcomes in the CEJA Reporting System within five business days.
