Responsibilities

• Lead and manage CCCWDB WIOA, CalWorks LEP, and CSBG programs.
• Conduct individual assessments to develop personalized care management and employment plans.
• Provide outreach and engagement in the community; coordinate referrals to services.
• Lead workshops and counseling sessions focused on job readiness and career goals.
• Develop resumes and employment plans; provide labor market insights and job referrals.
• Provide 12 months of job retention services and follow-up.
• Coordinate with training providers; ensure ITA requests; track data in CalJOBS/CMS.
• Maintain strong employer networks to support participant opportunities.
