Lao Family Community Development, Inc. in Oakland, CA seeks a Lead Case Manager to oversee WIOA Employment Services and Cal-AIM initiatives, guiding participants toward job placements and coordinating care.

You will partner with local employers, AJCC, and community organizations to organize job fairs and outreach, develop employment plans, arrange OJT/ITA, and ensure program compliance while delivering high-quality workforce services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, business communication, or related field.
• If no degree, at least 2 years of workforce development and case management experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong case management, organizational, and data-tracking abilities.
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with databases.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage CCCWDB WIOA, CalWorks LEP, and CSBG programs.
• Conduct individual assessments and develop personalized care and employment plans.
• Coordinate referrals to social services, employers, and training providers.
• Lead workshops and counseling sessions on job readiness and career planning.
• Maintain accurate case files and document progress in CalJOBS and CMS.
• Prepare program reports and ensure compliance with HIPAA and funders.
