Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs work of subordinate staff; provides training and evaluations.
• Reviews cases and ensures ISP/Support Plan alignment with needs and timelines.
• Conducts on-site visits to observe staff and member interactions.
• Assists with plan modifications and staff coaching.
• Reviews expenditures and prepares case reports and training as needed.
