The GEO Group, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Case Manager to provide overall supervision of Case Managers at a facility. You will oversee daily operations, develop inmate goals, and ensure programs are fully staffed and compliant with policies.

Responsibilities include planning, directing staff duties, maintaining records, coordinating inmate payroll, and preparing reports for oversight bodies while upholding correctional philosophy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of experience in case management.
• Knowledge of correctional philosophy and policy to assist staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage duties in the case management staff.
• Maintain records, handling intake screening and inmate progress.
• Develop inmate goals and supervise staff in inmate program planning.
• Coordinate and control the inmate payroll system and prepare reports.
