Job summary

HELP USA INC in Bronx is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to lead the Case Managers at one of our shelter facilities. You’ll guide the delivery of a comprehensive program of on-site and community-based services including assessments, counseling, planning, and linkages to entitlement, mental health, substance abuse, employment, medical, education, child care, and day care services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, or equivalent experience.
Supervisory experience in a case management setting is highly desired.
Strong verbal, written, and negotiating skills; advocacy and mediation experience.
Excellent organizational and documentation abilities; attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; evening/weekend coverage as needed.
US driver’s license a plus; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to Case Managers at a shelter facility.
Deliver a comprehensive program of on-site and community-based services.
Coordinate assessment, counseling, service planning, and linkages to services.
Ensure program compliance and timely submission of reports.
Lead staff development, conduct case conferences, and audits.
