Job summary

Dungarvin in Mendota Heights, MN seeks a Case Manager Supervisor to oversee case management services for individuals with disabilities. The role includes leadership in program evaluation, staff training, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while promoting service quality and collaboration with committees and leadership.

The supervisor will monitor policy implementation, safeguard quality assurance standards, and act as a resource and educator for the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a human service-related field.
Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or aging preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of case management principles, procedures and practices.
Ability to adapt to varied duties and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Monitor and evaluate the case management program and services.
Coordinate case management services for individuals with disabilities.
Train and supervise case management staff.
Participate in management leadership, planning and compliance efforts.
Develop and implement the organization's Plan and promote services.
Participate in committees, conferences, and organizations affecting service delivery.
Ensure implementation of company policies and quality assurance standards.
