Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of supervisory experience in IDD field preferred.
• Person-centered, patient, and kind.
• Dependable, adaptable, flexible.
• Observant and detail oriented.
• Positive role-model and team player.
• Committed to a respectful and collaborative environment.
• Valid Driver's License (may require own vehicle and auto-liability insurance).
• Successful background check required.
• Good communication skills (reading, writing, documentation).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor and ensure services are delivered per plans.
• Fill all direct service shifts in programs.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Offer hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed.
