Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is looking for a Case Manager Supervisor to join our Bridgeport AIC program. This role includes supervising case managers, performing general case management duties, and ensuring community safety through program monitoring.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a social science field and several years of related experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, health plans, and a retirement savings plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field and two years’ experience in case management or a similar field.
• One year of experience in management and supervision of staff or three years of case management experience.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties and responsibilities of a case manager including carrying a caseload.
• Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee staff response to shift problems.
• Monitor client compliance with treatment stipulations.

Previous assessment experience

Experience with Microsoft Office
