Job summary

Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to handle a caseload, provide counseling, and ensure quality documentation. The role includes supervising Case Manager staff, overseeing shift responses, and partnering with program leadership to monitor client progress and staff performance.

The position requires a social science degree and relevant experience, with strong communication skills and a commitment to trauma‑informed practices within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field or equivalent experience.
• Two years’ experience in case management or similar field.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience engaging community partners is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and provide counseling, intake and discharge planning.
• Supervise Case Manager staff and oversee shift responses.
• Review client paperwork for timeliness and quality.
• Monitor treatment compliance and staff performance, report to program director.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings, support program operations.
