Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor in Norristown, PA to lead a team delivering housing stability services within the CTI program. You will supervise case management staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and coordinate complex client cases with housing support staff.

The role requires 3+ years in case management and 3–5 years in supervision, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field required.
  • Three years of Case Management experience required.
  • Three to five years of supervisory experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities required.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including documentation and reporting systems.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and oversight to case management staff.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular supervision meetings.
  • Address performance concerns and support staff growth and development.
  • Provide direct case management services as needed.
  • Complete and oversee documentation within electronic systems and client records.
  • Facilitate client progress review meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and funding source requirements.
  • Coordinate complex client cases with case managers and housing support staff.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual program reporting requirements.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

As a Case Manager Supervisor, you will:

Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • Primarily Monday through Friday schedule
  • Flexibility required based on program needs
  • Occasional evenings, weekends, and community-based work may be required
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs as needed
  • Ability to travel throughout the community and transport oneself between locations
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
