Job summary

CAMBA, a community-focused organization in New York City, is seeking a Case Manager to support individuals in the Stability Supportive Housing Program. This role involves delivering case management services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency and financial independence through personalized support. The ideal candidate has relevant experience, especially with the homeless population, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. Competitive compensation of $50,000 per year with comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree with one year of equivalent experience.
• Two years of equivalent experience with sufficient education and technical expertise.
• Experience in working with persons with histories of homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance abuse.

Responsibilities

• Provide all contract funded activities including conducting intakes and assessments.
• Connect clients to needed services and monitor their progress.
• Perform home visits and maintain clients' charts audit ready.

Skills

Bilingual English and Spanish

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite

Relevant experience in working with the homeless

Education
