Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and determine the most appropriate resolution.
• Prepare and process approved service vouchers: utility, rental, transportation, gas, etc.
• Create case files in WellSky database.
• Maintain and update client information.
• Generate reports as needed.
• Receive and respond to correspondence.
• Provide administrative support to department head.
• Assist with intake and front desk as needed.
• Perform other administrative functions as requested.
