Job summary

GEO Reentry Services LLC. is seeking a caseworker to manage participant caseloads, applying evidence-based practices and CBT programs within the criminal justice framework. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in our system.

The role emphasizes direct client contact, group and individual sessions, and collaboration with field staff. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred; prior CBT facilitation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate degree or equivalent with 2 years’ experience with criminal justice population or a high school diploma with 4 years’ experience.
• CBT Facilitator certification is desirable.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Basic knowledge of case management, referrals and interventions in group and individual modalities.

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload and conducts risk/need assessments with treatment plans.
• Delivers evidence-based CBT programs and life skills to participants.
• Provides face-to-face services to DRC participants and maintains progress notes.
• May testify in court regarding participants’ compliance and progress.
