Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of rehab centers providing detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services. We seek compassionate professionals to support clients through intake, ongoing case management, and discharge planning across our programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Min. 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Warm, empathetic, respectable personality.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment.
• Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout duration of treatment.
• Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment.
• Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training etc. as necessary for client post-discharge.
• Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support etc.).
