Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1 year of treatment industry experience preferred.
• If you are in recovery, at least 1 year of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients and resolve barriers to treatment.
• Initiate case management at intake and address needs.
• Oversee client accounts and verify ongoing insurance coverage.
• Provide ongoing case management throughout treatment.
• Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training as needed.
• Lead discharge planning including continuing care and sober supports.
