Jobot, a well-established personal injury law practice in Burbank, CA, is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation team. You will interview clients, develop case strategies, and manage records and timelines to support strong outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager in a law firm setting (required).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal case management software (CASEpeer is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related medical terminology.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to reliably commute to Burbank, CA (onsite role).

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to gather case details and evaluate needs

• Oversee and coordinate medical treatment scheduling

Location: Burbank, CA

Salary: Up to $72,800 annually

Salary Range: $50,000 - $72,800 per year

Contract type: Full-time | 40 hours per week
