Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to join our team in a fast-paced personal injury practice. You will support attorneys by organizing caseloads, preparing settlements, and coordinating with clients, providers, and insurance carriers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and empathetic. The role involves direct client interaction, documentation preparation, and close collaboration with attorneys to move cases from intake through closing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior case management or prelitigation paralegal experience strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal role or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Must be a team player with ability to follow procedures.
• Strong written and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Daily interaction with clients by phone and in person.
• Order medical records and coordinate with clients and providers.
• Gather documents to support injury or liability positions.
• Interface with insurance carriers and healthcare providers for records and balances.
• Work with coworkers to manage case files and maintain organized records.
• Prepare demands and support submissions to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys as required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
• Perform other duties as needed.
