Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Case Manager to join our on-site team. You will support attorneys with settlements, document preparation, and case file management while maintaining an empathetic, client-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask, and work closely with clients, providers, and insurance entities to advance cases from intake to closing. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and prior legal or adjuster experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to learn quickly.
• Prior experience in legal or insurance environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone and in person to gather information.
• Assist attorneys with settlements, documents, and correspondence.
• Obtain medical records and liaise with providers and insurers.
• Maintain organized case files and support multiple cases concurrently.
• Prepare demands and supporting submissions under attorney supervision.
