• Monitor team caseloads to ensure files are progressing efficiently from intake through settlement
• Review case files for quality control, identifying gaps in documentation, treatment gaps, or missed deadlines
• Maintain and manage an individual caseload of pre-litigation files as needed
• Track medical providers, liens, and lienholders across the team's cases
• Coordinate with attorneys to strategize case direction, valuation, and resolution
• Handle escalated client concerns and complex case issues
• Conduct bi-weekly case reviews with team members
• Ensure the team's compliance with firm policies, procedures, and case management software standards
• Assist with training of new case managers

SALARY RANGE:

$40-$70/hour
