Job summary

Wilhite Law Firm is seeking a dedicated professional to join our personal injury team in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct monthly case reviews, interview clients, and gather essential information for case development while coordinating with medical providers and insurance adjusters.

You will review medical records, draft demand letters, and maintain meticulous case files. Strong English/Spanish bilingual skills and 1–3 years of pre-litigation experience are required; we offer a hybrid

Qualifications

• Thrives in a high-paced, exciting environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases while supporting multiple attorneys.
• Highly detail-oriented, efficient and accuracy in all aspects of case management.
• 1-3 years' experience in pre-litigation case management.
• Auto accident claims knowledge is VERY helpful.
• Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems.
