Job summary

Just Compassion is seeking a Case Manager Lead to provide consultation, technical guidance, and quality oversight for HRSN services in Portland, OR. You will support case planning, workflow coordination, case reviews, and ensure program compliance to deliver trauma-informed, client-centered services.

Collaborating with supervisors and multidisciplinary teams, you will strengthen staff performance, train staff on safety planning and engagement strategies, and liaise with partners to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social services, housing navigation, or case management.
• Ability to interpret and apply federal, state, and local program requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience maintaining confidential client records and using data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching, consultation, and technical assistance to HRSN case management staff.
• Reviews case documentation and service delivery practices for quality and compliance.
• Supports operational coordination, workflow monitoring, and program audits.
• Serves as a subject matter resource on policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Interprets program updates and communicates eligibility requirements and standards.
• Trains and coaches staff on case planning, safety planning, and client engagement strategies.
